Our birthday parties at Funtopia have a standard duration of 2 hours. This includes the parents’ stay in the Climbar area.

1. 1. 1. The Birthday Party Package includes:
         – Access to attractions, according to the selected package.
         – Rental of a party zone for 30 or 60 min. depending on the selected package.
         – Children’s menu.
      2. The Birthday Party Package does NOT include:
         – Cake. You can choose a cake from our partner bakeries – Shamoni and Vega. To place an order, please contact us and provide the following details:  Bakery, Catalog number, Number of servings, Filling, Text for the inscription
         – Additional services such as an entertainer, facilitator, photographer, themed programs, piñata, extra time for attractions, etc. Additional time for attractions is subject to availability, based on the occupancy of the zones.
         – Catering and drinks for parents. – You can choose from HERE and place an order at info@funtopia.com
      3. Bringing food, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages from outside is prohibited. If you bring an external cake, there is a service fee of BGN 18, and a quality certificate for the cake is required.
      4. Cake orders can be placed no later than 4 days in advance by emailing us at info@funtopia.com
      5. Please note that there may be more than one party/event happening simultaneously.
      6. The scheduled start and end time of the party must be followed. Please arrive 15 minutes early to register. This ensures not only your comfort but also the comfort of the guests before and after you. No compensation is provided for parties that start late due to the client’s delay.
      7. Upon arrival at Funtopia, please present a correctly filled and signed Waiver for all participants who will be using the attractions. If the waiver is not completed in advance, you will be asked to fill it out on-site, which may delay entry. Funtopia is not responsible for any delays caused by incomplete forms and does not offer compensation for such delays.
      8. An advance payment is required within 48 hours of booking the event. If no payment is made, the reserved date will be released. The advance payment is 50% of the total cost of the selected packages, but no less than BGN 200.
      9. Full payment is made after your party. The cost of the party package and any extra time on the attractions (if applicable) will be paid at the Climbar, with the advance payment deducted. Catering, drinks for parents, the cake, extra items for the children, and any additional services (like entertainers, photographers, themed programs, or a piñata) will also be paid at the Climbar.
      10. Advance payments are non-refundable in the case of a canceled party. However, you may transfer the amount to other services offered by the center within one month of the original party date.
      11. Final details about the party should be confirmed at least 5 business days in advance. The center cannot guarantee it will be able to accommodate last-minute changes.
      12. Please be responsible for your personal belongings. The center is not liable for lost or damaged items.
